The work never ends in El Mercado de Mariscos, Panama City's largest Fresh Fish Market. The small boats, come in just before low tide, after fishing all night and the previous afternoon, and the day's catch is hauled into the adjacent stalls for cleaning and readying for sale in the Market next to that. As the tide goes out, leaving the craft stranded and the exposed harbor's bottom, another group of workers re-supply the fishing craft with ice blocks and bait and also take advantage of the temporary dry dock to make repairs their vessels. As soon as the tide comes back in the fishermen head back out and do it all over again<br />
